Service Measure was founded in 2004.

Our Managing Director, Gary Haase, worked in senior management positions within the hotel and restaurant sectors for 10 years.

Due to frustration from the lack of consistency of many other mystery shopping companies, he decided to start a new company that truly understood what customers value the most and what all customer service personnel are capable of when trained and motivated the right way.

Today, Service Measure has thousands of agents, and works with companies of all sizes in diverse industries.

We go to great effort to ensure the service we provide to each of our clients is as personal, professional and valuable as it was when we launched our business in 2004.
