Gary Haase - Managing Director
With over 10 years experience in managing restaurants & bars, our company's founder is passionate about service that exceeds customer expectations:
  "Very rarely do I leave a restaurant, hotel or shop feeling completely delighted with the experience.  I created Service Measure to help business operators that share the same vision: to maximise their staff's effectiveness and push their service boundaries up to a superior level.  So far, all of our clients have enjoyed clear improvements in staff motivation and performance."     

Simon Livingston - Operations Director

Simon started life in the hospitality industry, before moving into marketing, IT & training roles within the media sector.  He joined Service Measure in 2006 to strengthen and develop the opportunities for the company and its clients.     

Iris McIntyre - Retail Development Director
Iris joined Service Measure in 2008, with over 25 years experience in blue chip retail, having worked in a variety of senior management positions within Marks & Spencer, Burton Group and Safeway, and successfully starting and operating a retail recruitment business for ten years.

Peter Michael - Business Development Manager
Coming from a background in telecommunications, Peter joined Service Measure in early 2009 as Business Development Manager to focus on managing new customer accounts in the London region.
